The Waterproof Muttress is a sleek, low-profile mattress that gives lasting support to dogs with aching or stiff joints. High-density memory foam moulds to your dog’s body and spreads their weight evenly, which suits older dogs, active dogs and large or heavy breeds.
The robust waterproof cover protects the mattress from damp, muddy paws, accidents and smells, and comes off completely for the washing machine. It keeps its shape, even with larger and heavier dogs.

Yes. It is a 20cm deep mattress of high-density memory foam that moulds to your dog's body and spreads their weight evenly. That takes pressure off aching or stiff joints, which makes it a good choice for older dogs, active dogs and large or heavy breeds. It is the same mattress as The Muttress in fabric, with a waterproof cover.
Yes. The robust waterproof cover protects the mattress from damp, muddy paws, accidents and smells, which makes it a practical choice for older dogs and young puppies. The cover comes off completely, so you can machine wash it rather than just wipe it. A spare waterproof cover is handy for these dogs.
It is made not to. The high-density memory foam gives orthopaedic support that does not quickly flatten, and the Muttress keeps its shape even with larger and heavier dogs. Rotating the mattress now and then helps it wear evenly, and the removable cover keeps the foam protected from everyday dirt and damp.
It comes in Small (75 x 60cm), Medium (100 x 75cm) and Large (125 x 80cm), all 20cm high. Need a different size or a thinner version? Email hello@ivyandduke.co.uk for a quote, as we make bespoke sizes on request. We can also make a pillow to the same width so your dog has somewhere to rest their head.
The waterproof Muttress comes in five colours: Black, Burgundy, Grey, Olive and Royal Blue. All five use the same wipe-clean waterproof fabric. If you want to see them in your room first, order free waterproof swatches. If you would prefer a softer upholstery fabric, the fabric Muttress comes in 16 options.
