Delivery
All our prices are inclusive of delivery charges (UK Mainland Only). Generally, where an order contains more than one item, we deliver all items together.
Delivery costs for all other areas of the UK and outside the UK are available upon request.
Delivery times are calculated in working dates i.e. Monday to Friday but exclude bank holidays. We use numerous courier firms, dependent on your location, and the items ordered. You cannot request to use a specific courier unless you agree to make the necessary arrangements and pay the courier fee.
We work to a delivery turnaround from point of purchase to delivery in a maximum of 10 working days. If you have not received your item within this timescale then please contact Carousel Soft Furnishings Limited to discuss any potential issues with the order.
On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery is sometimes outside our control. As such delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates, we specify for the delivery of goods are only approximate. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you are unable to accept delivery of an order, then the courier will leave contact details in order for you to rearrange the delivery.
If a delivery fails on a number of occasions and is returned to Carousel Soft Furnishings Limited, then you will be charged accordingly for the order to be resent. This may occur due to you being unavailable at the delivery address on a number of occasions, or the wrong address was provided at the time of purchase. If after a failed delivery the order is returned to Carousel Soft Furnishings Limited, and you decide to cancel your order, the cost of the return courier fee will be deducted from your total refund.
All items must be unpacked and inspected on delivery and a signature obtained. A signature checked or unchecked deems the products to be in good condition and the delivery completed satisfactorily and no claim can be entered into following delivery. The 600 Denier Polyester covers are very tough, but it’s important to understand that no bed is indestructible. We’ve done as much homework as we could to produce a tough bed that is also comfortable. Although we offer a warranty on our products, it only covers issues that are the fault of the manufacturer. Ivy and Duke are not responsible for any damage, rips or tears caused by any animals. If your dog does get through one of our beds, then we recommend you stop buying them beds as it will become an expensive hobby. We have heard owners telling us stories of dogs eating through plastic beds, metal sheets, thick leather leads…. even bricks!!
If the fault developed within 28 days of delivery you will be offered the choice of exchange or refund.
All the beds are cut by hand, so we must stress that the sizes are approximates & may vary a little. The orthopaedic beds are more accurate than the crumb beds, this is purely as we use a band knife to cut the blocks of foam, whereas the crumb beds have an inner bag that is filled with the memory foam which can move around a little.
