The Lounger is a removable memory foam mattress surrounded by high, generously filled bolsters. It suits dogs who like to curl up, snuggle in or rest their head on the side.
The orthopaedic memory foam shapes to your dog’s body and supports their joints, which makes it a good choice for older dogs and growing puppies alike. The cover is upholstery-grade fabric with hidden zips, so it comes off easily for the washing machine.

Measure the space where the bed will go and think about your dog’s size. If your dog is close to the size of the bed, size up so they are not rolling off the side. Our beds run larger than most, so go by the inner mattress size in the size guide (see the photos). The outer size is the space the bed takes up in your home. Not sure? Go by the inner mattress size rather than the outside size, because The Lounger runs larger than most beds. The inner mattress is 56 x 42cm in Small, 66 x 51cm in Medium, 80 x 61cm in Inbetweener, 89 x 68cm in Large and 117 x 86cm in Extra Large. Measure your dog lying down and the space where the bed will go. If your dog is close to the mattress size, go up a size.
The Inbetweener sits between our Medium and Large Lounger, for dogs who are a bit big for one and a bit small for the other. It measures 100cm long, 75cm wide and 27cm high on the outside, with an inner mattress of 80 x 61cm. Still unsure? Yes. The Lounger has a removable orthopaedic memory foam mattress that shapes to your dog's body and supports their joints, so it suits older dogs and growing puppies. The mattress sits inside high, generously filled blown-fibre bolsters for your dog to lean on or rest their head. It has also been tried, tested and approved by the Good Housekeeping Institute.
The Lounger comes in 16 hard-wearing, upholstery-grade fabrics, including Tweed, Heather, Heritage Green, Duck Egg, Dove Grey, Pewter, Rust and Sweetpea Pink. If you are trying to match a room, you can order free fabric samples before you buy. A matching pillow and blanket are made in the same fabrics, and the blanket can be personalised with your dog's name.
Yes. The Lounger is the same bed in both versions, so you can buy a spare waterproof cover and swap between fabric and waterproof as you need. You can even swap covers with the seasons. A spare fabric cover also keeps the bed in use on wash day. The Lounger has two parts, so its spare cover comes in two parts too.
