All our products are individually handmade to order, current delivery time is 2 – 7 working days.
We would advise you to download the Royal Mail app for live tracking and to nominate a safeplace should you not be home at the time of delivery. Parcelforce/Royal mail make two attempts at delivery and then hold it at the depot, until you go online and re-arrange the delivery.
Delivery outside the UK
We deliver to Ireland, Europe, the Channel Islands, the USA, Canada and further afield. Add your items to your basket and go to checkout as normal. When you have entered your address, press “Request a delivery quote”. We will email you a price, usually within 1 working day. Your basket is saved, so you can come back and pay online once your quote is ready.
Orders sent outside the UK may have customs charges and local taxes to pay on arrival. These are set by the country receiving the order and are paid by the customer.
