If you’re based in the UK Mainland, we’ll also deliver your items completely free of charge. All beds and accessories are made to order and can take anything from 2 days to 3 weeks to create and pass through our rigorous quality checks.
If you’re outside of the boundaries set by our courier, Parcelforce, we will ask customers to pay the delivery charges, specified by our Courier. We’d love to be able to cover Parcelforce’s costs for all of our customers, however it’s just not a feasible option for us.
The UK & Ireland is split into 6 Zones, please see our breakdown of the zones for individual delivery prices below.
For customers in Zone 1, The Mainland UK there is no delivery charges for any of our beds or accessories. For customers based in Zones 5- 8 there are delivery charges per item, not per order. However, if we can bundle more than one item into the box and keep the weight below 20kg, then we will refund the additional shipping fee that you were charged at the checkout.

We would advise you to download the Royal Mail app for live tracking and to nominate a safeplace should you not be home at the time of delivery. Parcelforce make two attempts at delivery and then hold it at the depot, until you go online and re-arrange the delivery.
